Doors for the event will open at 5:00 p.m. and the program will begin at 5:30 p.m. There is no admission charge, a cash bar will be available and heavy hors d’oeuvres donated and catered by Ray’s Rump Shack will be provided. Those in attendance will have an opportunity to visit with the Jones-led coaching staff, which will discuss the Red Wolves’ recruiting class on the same day the first NCAA national signing period begins. The gathering will include video highlights of each recruit.
Matt Stolz, the Voice of the Red Wolves, will emcee the program that officially begins with opening remarks from Jones. A-State’s position coaches will then provide a breakdown of the newest class of Red Wolves before a Q&A with Jones is conducted to close the event.
Arkansas State is bowl eligible for the second consecutive year, has won seven or more games for the 10th time as an FBS member and secured its first winning season since 2019. The Red Wolves will carry a seven-game home winning streak into their regular-season finale this Saturday at Centennial Bank Stadium, where they will host Old Dominion at 2 p.m. on their annual Senior Day.
Since his arrival in Jonesboro, Jones has made an immediate impact on the recruiting trail. The last three recruiting classes, 2022-24, not only ranked among the four best in school history but were also listed No. 1 in the Sun Belt by both 247Sports and Rivals and among the top 10 in the Group of Five on National Signing Day.
