Jonesboro, AR – Contributed – Dr. Eduardo Torrecillas Sanchez, an Arkansas State University graduate from Spain, was recognized with the “Outstanding Research in Progress Award” by the Mid-South Educational Research Association (MSERA).
The award was presented at the 2025 MSERA Annual Meeting in New Orleans, where Sanchez presented his study with his adviser, Dr. Ibrahim Duyar, professor of educational leadership.
Sanchez, a recent Ed.D. graduate in educational leadership, “examined the influence of principals’ authentic leadership and the psychological capital on teachers’ burnout syndrome and turnover intentions,” said Dr. Duyar.
