Robert Bahn, business consultant with the A-State ASBTDC, will lead the session. Topics will include why entrepreneurs should write a business plan, how to begin developing a plan, ways to strengthen an existing plan, considerations related to funding, and a question-and-answer session.
“Whether someone is just beginning to explore the idea of starting a business or is already operating an established company, having a strong business plan gives them a clearer path forward,” Bahn said. “This seminar is designed to help participants think through the decisions they need to make and put those ideas into a practical plan they can use.”
“As we move toward the end of 2026, this is a good time for business owners to start planning for 2027,” Bahn said. “A business plan is not only for startups. Existing businesses can use the planning process to evaluate where they are, identify new opportunities, prepare for growth, and set realistic goals for the year ahead.”
There is no cost to participate, but pre-registration is required. Click here or call 870-972-3517 to register.
