Jonesboro, AR – (JonesboroRightNow.com) – August 24, 2024 – A 61-year-old Jonesboro woman contacted police to file a complaint about a harassing neighbor on Prospect Road.

She is in the process of rebuilding her house, which was damaged by a tornado. She told police that the man has been persistently harassing her during this process. There has been name-calling and there have been threats.

She placed a rope to mark the property line, which the man removed, claiming that her fence was 14 inches too far onto his property. He allegedly threatened her, stating that “it’s going to be war” if she puts the rope back out.

She told police that this is not the first instance of harassment by the man. She said he has been taking photographs of her and her workers. She reported being fearful as she is uncertain of what he might do.
