“This event is for all staff working in early childhood settings, from early educators to program administrators,” said Libby James, program coordinator for the Arkansas Professional Development Registry. “We will have something for everyone, from brand-new staff to veterans and program leaders.”

James, who is a training coordinator in Childhood Services at A-State, said this conference is important for early educators to attend.

“Whether you work with infants and toddlers in a family child care home, or preschoolers in a classroom setting, or anything in between, this conference is for you,” James added.

This conference offers many experiences for attendees.

“Our sessions will be engaging, hands-on, and built around real practice, real challenges, and real community. We are focusing on helping educators provide quality experiences to support children as they grow, learn and develop. We hope our sessions will help attendees participate and dig deep with meaningful conversations and practical tools they can take back to their program right away.”
