Alex Cameron Wells, 36, of Paragould, Arkansas, passed away Monday, March 4, 2024, at his home.

He was born July 28, 1987, to Bobby and Anita Engler Wells.  He was a lifelong member of Eastside Baptist Church/Harvest Baptist Church and a born-again Christian.

Alex was a graduate of GCT and ASU with a BS in agriculture.  He was the owner of Wells Overhead Door along with rental property and duck hunting cabins.  He was an avid duck hunter and trapper.

He was well known for taking up for friends who found themselves as the underdog.  He will be missed by a host of friends who loved him.

Alex is survived by his parents; his best friend and brother, Adam Wells; a special nephew that he adored, Jaxon Wells; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Alvin and Edith Engler, and paternal grandparents, Bob and Doris Wells.

No funeral has been scheduled.  The family plans to have a private service at the graveside.
