Jonesboro, AR – (JonesboroRightNow.com) – April 12, 2024 – A Jonesboro woman was arrested Thursday morning after she went after her boyfriend with a knife, according to a Jonesboro police report.
Rhiannon Junyor, 23, is accused of coming after her 52-year-old boyfriend with a pocket knife, the report said. The incident occurred on French Street.
According to a probable cause affidavit, the victim told police officers that he and Junyor had gotten into an argument and that during the argument she pulled out a knife and came after the victim.
A witness corroborated the victim’s account, the affidavit said.
District Judge David Boling set Junyor’s bond at $5,000 today after finding probable cause to charge her with aggravated assault on a family or household member, a class D felony.
