Jonesboro police are investigating a shooting that occurred around 3 a.m. Sunday morning at Philip Evans Parkway.
A man called the Walmart on Highland Drive and said he was “about to come to the store and start shooting people.”
The man said he was “trying to burn the building down with him in it to go to a better place.”
