Jonesboro, AR – (JonesboroRightNow.com) – Aug 5, 2024 – Several new businesses are headed to Southwest Drive and Highway 49S.
JRN previously reported on the new Lebowski’s Brewing Co that is currently under construction and expected to open in fall of 2024.
Permit documentation states that a new McDonalds restaurant and O’Reilly Auto Parts store are also on the horizon for the new Southern Hills mixed-use development in Valley View. The establishments will be located at 3701 and 3310 Southwest Drive, respectively.
Additionally, a new rest stop called “Right There Travel Centers” is being constructed at 9250 Highway 49S.
These businesses will join the new Sonic restaurant at the corner of Highway 49 and Darr Hill that opened in early 2024 as well as previously announced Shadrach’s and Tommy’s Express Carwash, both of which have not broken ground.
