Jonesboro, AR – (JonesboroRightNow.com) – July 25, 2024 – Since the 2020 tornado wiped out the Mall at Turtle Creek, everyone’s favorite soft pretzel company has been in short order.

Auntie Anne’s has been operating solely out of a mobile food truck across NEA for the last several years, but those days are coming to an end.

Real Estate developers Prateek Gera and Carroll Caldwell are bringing the hometown hit to a permanent location in Jonesboro.

Gera told JRN that the truck owner is excited to expand to a permanent spot. He and Caldwell already had a relationship because the truck frequently parked in the Caldwell Banker Villages parking lot, so they were excited to work together to find a brick-and-mortar location to expand to.

Gera did say that the local franchisee does plan to keep the truck open and use it for pop-ups outside Jonesboro, as well as catering opportunities.

The real kicker is that the popular business is bringing with it another regional favorite – Jamba Juice! This dual-brand location will be housed under one roof.

They are excited to bring this local favorite back to a permanent location in Jonesboro, “We are just as excited to be bringing them here as they are to come!”
