Jonesboro, AR – (JonesboroRightNow.com) – July 25, 2024 – The first annual Men Who Cook fundraiser will be held at 6 pm on August 3rd at the Hilton Garden Inn.

This fundraising event will feature local celebrity chefs who will create delicious culinary eats and will help support the North Jonesboro Community Development Corporation.

The North Jonesboro Community Development Corporation is a non-profit organization that focuses on bridging the divide between those living in North Jonesboro and those involved making decisions that impact us, such as governmental agencies, health and human service providers, philanthropy, and others wanting to make a positive impact on the North Jonesboro community.

General Admission tickets will include sampling of every chef’s creation and will cost $50 per ticket. VIP tickets will get all the perks of General admission and will include a champagne reception starting at 5 pm. VIP tickets will cost $75 per ticket. All tickets include entrée, side, salad, desserts and the amazing beats of DJ King Vic.

Every attendee will also get an exclusive swag bag that is full of surprises, goodies, and plenty of culinary love!

– Garrett Barnes, Justice of the Peace
– Henry Burrell, founder and president of the Jonesboro Business Association
– Shamal Carter, with the Crowley’s Ridge Development Council and President of the local NAACP
– Aaron Castleberry, KAIT meteorologist
– Mayor Harold Copenhaver
– Rick Elliot, Police Chief
– Patric Hillson, Arkansas State University
– Jeremy Jones, Nettleton School District and Pastor
– Dr. Shannon Lewis, Pastor of New Beginning Ministries and Principal at SUCCESS school
– Destry Sturgis, Manager with Frito-Lay
– Dr. Lonnie Williams, Arkansas State University, recently retired
– Chris Ingle, Medical Professions Instructor at NEACTC
