Ella Dean Smith, 81 of Paragould passed away on February 14, 2024 at the Green Cottages of Belle Meade. She was born to the late Robert and Modine (Morgan) Lamb in the Mounds Community. During her lifetime she lived in Arkansas, California, Oregon, Florida and Mississippi. She returned to Arkansas and retired after 24 years of service at Tenneco-Monroe in Paragould. She was a member of the Seed of Faith Full Gospel Church in Paragould.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister and brother-in-law: Shirley and Joe Loften, a brother, Larry Lamb and a niece Joy Klingensmith.
She is survived by her sisters: Brenda Barr of Paragould, Mogine Sweet of Gresham, Oregon, nieces, Kim Mask and Kelly Cox of Paragould, Nellie Birkman of Cape Girardeau, Missouri and a nephew, William Black along with a host of other family and friends.
The family would like to thank the staff and nurses of the Green Cottages of Belle Meade for their kind and loving care of Ella Dean.
Graveside services will be held Saturday, February 17, 2024 at 1:00 at the Woodland Heights Cemetery.
