James ”Ryan” Boyd, 51, of Trumann, AR passed away on Friday, May 24, 2024, at Regional Hospital in Memphis, TN. He was born on March 1, 1973, in Jonesboro to James Boyd and Gloria Davis Boyd. Ryan was of the Christian faith and loved the Lord very much. In his spare time, he enjoyed deer hunting, searching for arrowheads, and football.
He is preceded in death by a brother, Jeremy Robert Boyd; his grandparents, John and Kathryn Boyd and Raymond and LeaVotis Davis; and his uncles, Cletis, James, and Jerry Davis.
Those left to remember Ryan are his daughter, Morgan Hammell and her husband Lee; his parents, James Boyd and Gloria Davis Boyd; sister Danielle Boyd; niece and nephew Haley and Orion; uncles Ronnie and John Davis; aunts Jan Blasingame, Sandra Harvey, Tresa Vickers, Barbara Vincent, and Joan Davis; his beloved fur-babies, Roxy and Pringles; and many friends and loved ones.
A memorial service celebrating Ryan’s life will be held on Friday, June 14, 2024, at Roller Farmers Union Funeral Home 1900 W. Washington Ave. Jonesboro, AR, beginning at 2pm.
