On Friday, May 17, 2024, Hannah Michelle Winn of Paragould passed from this life into Heaven at the age of 32.
Hannah was born on July 27, 1991, in Jonesboro, Arkansas, to Ronnie and Tammy Winn. Hannah never married, but lived in her own home (next door to her parents) and drove a golf cart to get around the property. Hannah was a proud graduate of Paragould High School Class of 2011. In high school, Hannah participated in Special Olympics and was a library aide (Thank you, Mrs. Dickey). Hannah was also a lifelong and faithful member of West View Baptist Church. At West View, Hannah could be found singing in the choir, substitute teaching her Sunday School class (Thank you, Mrs. Michelle), or greeting people as they entered.
Hannah loved people and she cared deeply about the people she loved. She was a loyal and devoted friend to many. She gave hugs and compliments freely.
Hannah loved the Lord with all her heart and prayed fervently for her friends and family.
Hannah enjoyed writing novels and watching her Gaither Homecoming videos. She loved to spend her days cleaning house, doing laundry, and having Bible Study with her grandma. She was an excellent babysitter and considered herself a bonus parent to all her nieces and nephews.
She could light up a room with her smile. Hannah had a quick wit and brought joy and laughter with her wherever she went. She is leaving her family and friends with many more fun memories and quotes.
Hannah was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Bonnie Hyde; paternal grandfather, Bob Winn; and uncle, David Winn.
She is survived by her parents, Ronnie and Tammy Winn; siblings: Samuel (April) Winn of Paragould, Sarah (Elliot) Blackmon of Glenwood, and Rachel (Nathan) Haynes of Paragould; nine nieces and nephews: Lane Winn, Foster Winn, Ella Blackmon, Aubrey Blackmon, Asher Winn, Andrew Blackmon, Jace Winn, John Haynes, and Abigail Haynes; and two grandparents, Cloyes Hyde (maternal grandfather) and Irma Winn (paternal grandmother). Hannah is also survived by her two best friends, Diane Rogers and Rosemary Blackmon.
We will celebrate Hannah’s life on Tuesday, May 21, at 2:00 P.M. at Mitchell Funeral Home with Bro. Kim Bridges and Bro. Marc Reeves officiating. We will receive friends for visitation from 12:00 P.M. until the time of service. Burial will follow at Greene County Memorial Gardens.
