Jonesboro, AR – Jonesboro Right Now – Road closures are planned in Jonesboro Wednesday afternoon for Jonesboro Public Schools’ Homecoming parade.

According to a notice from the City of Jonesboro, closures will begin at 2:45 p.m. along the parade route, and are expected to end around 4:30 p.m. The parade route is listed below:

  • Exit the First United Methodist Church (FUMC) parking lot and head south on Union Street
  • Turn east on Oak Avenue onto Main Street
  • Head north on Main Street to Jefferson Avenue
  • Turn west on Jefferson Avenue toward Union Street
  • Return to FUMC

Motorists are asked to plan for alternate routes, expect temporary delays, and to exercise caution along the parade route.
