Paragould, AR – JonesboroRightNow.com – A Paragould man is behind bars after police said he admitted to sexually assaulting a victim with whom he got into a fight.
Mark Baugh, 65, was arrested and booked into the Greene County Detention Center on Feb. 8, the online jail roster shows.
According to the probable cause affidavit, on May 8, Paragould police officers were at Highway 412 and Second Avenue when they saw a disturbance in the Subway parking lot on East Kingshighway.

The victim told police that Baugh had physically kicked out of the vehicle. They also said that Baugh had forced them to perform a sexual act on him.
During a Mirandized interview, Baugh admitted to getting into a fight with the victim and kicking them out of the vehicle. He also admitted to sexually assaulting the victim.
Baugh faces two charges: a sex crime (Class C felony) and third-degree domestic battering (Class A misdemeanor). He is currently being held on no bond. JRN has reached out to the Paragould Police Department to confirm the bond.
