Bono restaurant reopens one year after fire

Bono, AR – JonesboroRightNow.com – A Bono restaurant reopened Monday a year after its building was heavily damaged by a fire.

La Casa De La Fiesta suffered heavy damage from a fire February 5, 2025. The most significant damage occurred in the restaurant’s kitchen area. Crews from multiple departments responded to the fire. No injuries were reported.

Initially owners believed the restaurant would reopen in a few weeks. Restoration and construction have taken much longer.

Bono Mayor Dan Shaw joined members of the Jonesboro Regional Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors Monday morning for a ribbon cutting to celebrate the restaurant’s reopening.
