Harrisburg- Gary Wayne Moss, 80, passed away Thursday, April 18, 2024 at his home.
He was born October 10, 1943 in Jonesboro to the late Herbert and Margie McDaniel Moss. Gary proudly served in the Arkansas National Guard. He was a retired farmer. A beloved husband, father, granddad and great-granddad. Gary was strong in his Christian faith and a member of Central Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife of fifty-nine years, Brenda Moss; son, Jeffrey Scott Moss; daughter-in-law, Ginger Moss; grandchildren, Cameron Scott Moss (Beth), Caleb Jeffrey Moss (Macy) and Chloe Moss Creecy (Hayden); great-grandchild, Holland Scout Moss; brothers, Barry Keith Moss (Teresa) and Harold Lynn Moss (Carolyn) and several nieces, nephews and beloved friends.
A memorial service will be 2:00 p.m. Sunday, April 21, 2024 at Gregg- Langford Bookout Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Archie Mason officiating with Rev. Jay Jacobs.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be sent to Central Baptist Church in Jonesboro for the mission’s fund.
