Holly Gaye Carter, 65, of Pocahontas departed this life on April 10, 2024, at Pocahontas Nursing and Rehab Center.
Holly was born December 11, 1958, in Walnut Ridge to Marvene Louise Carter Lance and the late Morris Dean Lance.
She was preceded in death by her father, Morris Dean Lance, and grandson, Jeffery Clyde Carter.
She is survived by her sons, Jason Christopher (Sandy) Cherry, of Ashland, TN, and Jeffery Ryan Lance Carter, of Pocahontas, AR; daughter, Jodi Lynn (Randy) Meinke, of Hewitt, TX; grandson, Hudson Meinke of Hewitt, TX; mother, Marvene Louise Lance of Pocahontas; brother, Greg Lance of Pocahontas along with several other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be Monday, April 15, 2024, from 10-12 PM with a funeral service beginning at 12 PM in the McNabb Funeral Home Chapel with Jeral Dean officiating. A burial will follow in Randolph Memorial Gardens.
Those honored to serve as pallbearers are Greg Lance II, Mike French, Robert Freeman, Harold Robinson Jr., Bruce Carter and Ron Doyle.
Honorary pallbearers are Lucas and Logan Lance Jimmy French, and Sawyer Robinson.
