Jonesboro, AR — (JonesboroRightNow.com) — June 6, 2025 — Judge Kimberly Boling Bibb announced Friday she is seeking a second term as Division 8 circuit judge for the Second Judicial District.
She serves as a general jurisdiction and juvenile judge.
“I have enjoyed serving as circuit judge and have worked hard to provide good legal reasoning for my decisions. I have recently been reappointed to the Arkansas Supreme Court Commission on Children, Youth and Families. I feel being on the Commission has increased my knowledge and insight into these issues. I hope the people of the district will allow me to serve another term,” Bibb said in a news release.
Before she took the bench, Bibb was a child welfare law specialist. She also received a certification from the National Specialist Certification by the National Association of Counsel for Children. She’s a member of the Arkansas Judicial Council, Arkansas Bar Association and the Greene County Bar Association.
Bibb earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law. She earned her bachelor’s from Arkansas State University.
The Second Judicial District covers Craighead, Clay, Crittenden, Greene, Mississippi and Poinsett Counties.
