Most Craighead County roads reopen after flooding

Craighead County, AR — (JonesboroRightNow.com) — April 21, 2025 — Craighead County announced Monday that most roads previously closed due to flooding have reopened.

However, according to a Facebook post from the county, the following roads remain closed:

• CR 270
• CR 189
• CR 179
• CR 177
• CR 194
• CR 263

“We anticipate these roads will begin reopening over the next few days as we head into the weekend. In the meantime, please continue to travel with caution, especially near these areas,” the Facebook post said.
