Craighead County, AR — (JonesboroRightNow.com) — April 17, 2025 — The Craighead County Road Department announced Thursday that CR 948 Hwy had been reopened.
The area opened is between CR 943 and AR Hwy 135. In a Facebook post, the county said the “project is done, but some clean-up is still needed.”
It added that some signage may still be in place and urged drivers to use caution in the area.
The area was first closed March 10 to allow for bridge construction.
