Jonesboro, AR – (JonesboroRightNow.com) – March 7, 2025 – A convicted felon from Jonesboro is behind bars again on a $150,000 cash-only bond after investigators said they found thousands of grams of drugs, weapons and cash.
According to the probable cause affidavit, on March 5, 2nd Judicial Drug Task Force agents conducted a search warrant for a home in the 400 block of Wildwood Point, where they found 38-year-old Braddrick J. Luster inside along with a woman.
During the search, agents found 3,328 grams of meth and two grams of marijuana, a digital scale, and a box of sandwich bags. Agents also recovered three weapons including a loaded AR-15 rifle and Ruger pistol and $6,720 from Luster and the master bedroom, the affidavit stated.
In a Mirandized interview, Luster told an agent he had several pounds of meth in the garage in a cooler, and an AR-15 rifle and FN pistol on top of his bedroom closet. The affidavit stated that Luster is a convicted felon.
On March 7, Craighead County Judge Tommy Fowler found probable cause to charge Luster with one count of trafficking a controlled substance, one count of simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms, one count of possession of drug paraphernalia, two counts of possession of firearm by certain person/prior felony, and five counts of possession of a Schedule VI substance less than four ounces.
Upon release, Judge Fowler ordered Luster to wear a GPS ankle monitor.
Luster’s next court appearance is scheduled for April 24.
