Jonesboro, AR – (JonesboroRightNow.com) – Feb. 25, 2025 – ARC Angels 4 Animals will be hosting its first fundraiser of the year, LOVE is in the Air: Fundraiser for the Furs, this weekend.
The event will take place this Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 2020 Wilkins Ave. in Jonesboro.
The pop-up store event will feature hundreds of pet-themed gift items for sale, for both pets and people, including jackets, sweaters, toys, jewelry, treats, beds, blankets, car seats, leashes, collars and more. Most items will be $4 or less, except for pet beds and car seats, which will be $20-$40.
Item donations will be accepted at the event; however, items must be new. Donation items include dog food, cat food, cat litter, puppy milk, treats and towels.
The Jonesboro-based nonprofit is a foster-based animal rescue group that began about 10 years ago, ARC Angels 4 Animals Director Angie Heringer said.
“All proceeds from this event will support efforts to rescue and adopt dogs and cats throughout the year while providing critical veterinary care and medical supplies, spaying and neutering, pet food, and other supplies,” Heringer said. “We do a lot of we do all that spaying and neutering. For the fosters we provide everything… the food, the vet care, the supplies and beds.”
