Jonesboro, AR – (JonesboroRightNow.com) – Jan. 22, 2025 – AT&T is experiencing a network outage, which could affect customers’ abilities to call 911, Jonesboro E911 said.
If experiencing an emergency and you cannot call 911, call the Dispatch Center directly at (870) 935-5551. E911 added that customers should not call 911 to see if it is affecting their phone.
UPDATE 1:45 P.M: AT&T told Jonesboro E911 that phone services have been restored.
