Kay Dawn Vaughn, 72, transitioned into her eternal rest on December 24, 2024.

Kay was born on January 10, 1952, in Pocahontas to the late Stanley Crawley and Willa Park Crawley. She was united in marriage for 50 wonderful years to the love of her life, Ronald Lee Vaughn, of the home.

Kay was preceded in death by her parents, Stanley and Willa Crawley.

She leaves behind her beloved husband, Ronald Lee Vaughn of Reyno; her children, Heather (Jackie) Hall of Paragould and Winter Vaughn of Fort Lauderdale, FL; her grandchildren, Garrett (Savannah) Hall, Gavin Hall, Madilyn (Aaron) Vallance, Katie (Austin) Rouse, Ryan (Anna) Ball, Christian Vaughn, and Isabel (Lane Kearby) Vaughn; as well as her great-grandchildren, Owen, Iris, Virginia, Josiah, Logan, and  Grayson. She is also survived by her brother, Jim (Oy) Dixon of Blytheville.

Kay’s memory will be cherished by all who knew her.

Visitation will be held 12:00 – 2:00 pm Saturday, December 28, 2024, with the funeral service to begin at 2:00 pm in the McNabb Funeral Home Chapel with Roger Hovis officiating. Burial will follow in the Hite Cemetery.

Those honored to serve as pallbearers are Jackie Hall, Gavin Hall, Austin Rouse, Christian Vaughn, Aaron Vallance and Ryan Ball.

Honorary pallbearers are Garrett Hall and Lane Kearby.

In Lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Humane Society.
