Jessie Fred Howle, 84, passed from this life December 9, 2024, at Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House. He was born in Tillatoba, MS to the late Loyce Howle and Mary (Caroline) Fly on January 21, 1940.
Jessie was in the Army National Guard as a combat engineer. He drove for the company commander, was a chaplain assistant, supply sergeant, and an artillery sergeant. He was stationed in Panama. Jessie was a cotton farmer until the age of 61. He worked for Singer and worked in Clinton, Iowa for the International Paper. He moved to Centralia, IL where he was an expert set up man on cutting boxes for Velveeta. He was a plant manager for Kraft Foods. Jessie moved to Jonesboro, AR in 1979 where he worked for Little Debbie as well as other odd jobs. He laid brick, and retired from Riceland Foods after 18 years.
Jessie was preceded in death along with his parents, his wife Pansy; his brother Edward Howle, and a step son Larry Fleeman.
Jessie is survived by his son Steven Howle of Bono, AR, a daughter Lisa Rousch of Flora, IL., a sister, Mary LeHew of Atlanta, GA., granddaughters Autumn and Rachel, great granddaughters Tiarra and Liliauna, and great grandson Bryndon.
