Jonesboro, AR – (JonesboroRightNow.com) – Dec. 9, 2024 – Dogs and cats of all ages, breeds and sizes are available through area animal rescues and shelters, as well as opportunities to help homeless animals through foster programs, donations, and help with fundraisers and other family-friendly activities.
JRN has partnered with area animal shelters to present “Pets of the Week.” We will feature a handful of animals each week. If interested in adopting or volunteering with the Northeast Arkansas Humane Society, go to neahs.org.
Meet Saul: Saul is a 2.5-year-old male who weighs in at 56 lbs. He came in with his brother Paul and they’re big play buddies! He came in heartworm positive, but he’s successfully completed the treatment. Saul is a staff favorite because he’s the life of any party!
Meet Morticia: Morticia is a 2-year-old female cat; she’s only been in the shelter for six weeks, but we already love her! While she’s very calm and likes rubs, she’s also a talker.
