The daughter of the late Marvin and Kathryn (Wiggs) Kelley, Linda grew up in a bustling household that would shape her into the caring and resilient woman she became. She was the mother to Latisha Wheeler and grandmother to several grandchildren. She was a beloved sister to her siblings, sharing cherished memories with Eugene Kelley, Mary Fortner, Ludene Jones, Leta Kelley, Lois Jones, and Teresa Kelley Bishop. Linda was predeceased by her devoted husband, James Stark, and her dear brother, Donnie Kelley.

A faithful servant, Linda was often found at her church whenever the doors were open. Her commitment to her faith was unwavering, and she lived out her beliefs through acts of service and compassion.
