Jonesboro, AR – (JonesboroRightNow.com) – Nov. 18, 2024 – Dogs and cats of all ages, breeds and sizes are available through area animal rescues and shelters, as well as opportunities to help homeless animals through foster programs, donations, and help with fundraisers and other family-friendly activities.
JRN has partnered with area animal shelters to present “Pets of the Week.” We will feature a handful of animals each week alongside information about how to adopt or volunteer.
Lydia Deetz: Lydia Deetz is a small grey tabby kitten; she’s female and nine weeks old. She’s been in the shelter for three weeks, and while she’s a little shy, she’s super sweet and loved by the staff!
Tucker: Tucker is a 3-year-old male lab mix. He weighs 73 lbs and has been in the shelter for seven weeks. He’s heartworm positive but is currently undergoing treatment. He’s a big cuddle bug and has improved his leash-walking skills a ton since he’s been here!
