Phillip Wayne Maddox, 58, of Lepanto, Arkansas departed this life on Monday, October 7, 2024. He was born on January 8, 1966 in West Memphis, Arkansas to Frank and Betty Jones Maddox.
He is preceded in death by his father: Frank Maddox and brother-in-law: Cliff Parham
Phillip is survived by his mother: Betty Maddox of Marked Tree, significant other: JoAnn Holt of Lepanto, four sons: Clay Maddox of North Carolina, Matthew Maddox (Nikki) of Lepanto, Robert Wallace of Lepanto and Jonathan Holt of Lepanto, two sisters: Susan McGuire (Allen) of Tyronza and Janet Parham of Marked Tree, two brothers: Joey Maddox (Dena) of Marked Tree and Donald Maddox of Marked Tree, eight grandchildren and a host of other family and friends.
Funeral service will be held Monday, October 14, 2024 at 2:00p.m. at Delancey Funeral Home in Lepanto.
Visitation will be held Monday from 12:00p.m. until service time.
Interment will follow at Potter Memorial Cemetery in Lepanto.
Arrangements are under the care of Delancey Funeral Home in Lepanto.
